Spirit of Glasgow’s Sugar House White Rum is a rich and flavoursome rum that is made entirely in Scotland.
The white rum is made using naturally soft Scottish water, premium cane molasses and a strain of yeast ideally suited for rum production that has been allowed to ferment for a week prior to distillation.
Double distilled in a copper pot still to let the fruity flavours shine through, the process is done entirely by hand to ensure its consistent quality.
